DATE: June 28, 2025   Honor Bank Employees Help Build Affordable Housing in Thompsonville Honor Bank employees recently helped Habitat for Humanity of Benzie County build affordable homes in the Village of Thompsonville.  Three homes are currently under construction.  Each single story, 1,170 square foot home features three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry/utility room, kitchen and dining area, high efficiency ventilation system, hazard resistant building materials and are Energy Star Certified.  Land for this much-needed affordable housing project was purchased from the Benzie County Land Bank Authority.  To date, the affiliate has constructed 11 homes in the village.
